Hi, I’m Melissa — a Jersey native with a BFA in Sculpture, where I first discovered yoga and energy work. I’ve practiced yoga since 2010 and energy healing since 2011. I’m certified in 200-hour yoga (Powerflow), 85-hour Prenatal Yoga, 35-hour Yin & Restorative (Sacred Brooklyn), trauma-informed yoga, and birth doula care (Birth International). I also hold a 300-hour advanced certification from Himalayan Yoga Association in India.
