About Me
Healing is a process of reconnecting with your innate capacity for resilience. As an EMDR therapist, I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges often rooted in past experiences or family estrangement. Many clients feel stuck or disconnected from themselves. I provide evidence-based therapy while attending to the whole person—mind, body, and inner self. I aim to create a calm, inclusive space to explore lived experiences and deeper questions of meaning and growth. My work is informed by ongoing education in complementary wellness practices, which shape my perspective on healing, presence, and self-connection.
EMDR helps resolve the root causes of distress, supporting nervous system balance and relief. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) , and Trauma-Informed Care to build emotional regulation, self-trust, and meaningful change, with space for reflection and meaning-making grounded in your values and comfort level.
You deserve to feel at peace with yourself and free from the weight of the past. Therapy can be a space to heal, realign, and move forward with greater confidence and wholeness. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you and work with you to support your mental health and personal growth.
