About Me
Healing is a journey of reconnecting with your inner wisdom, resilience, and sense of self. As an EMDR therapist, I help adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and challenges with self-esteem through a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach.
I identify as spiritual but not religious, and this perspective shapes my work. I hold space for intuition, personal meaning, and the deeper, less tangible aspects of healing that often go beyond words. My goal is to support you in finding balance, self-understanding, and lasting relief from emotional burdens.
EMDR therapy helps address the root causes of distress, supporting nervous system regulation and the release of long-held emotional pain. My approach is also informed by Reiki, energy perspectives, and symbolic frameworks (such as tarot and archetypes), which guide how I understand patterns and inner guidance—but are not a substitute for psychotherapy.
I approach therapy with care and respect for each client’s beliefs. Any spiritual or intuitive exploration is always optional, collaborative, and guided by your comfort and consent. I provide a grounded, inclusive space where all parts of you—emotional, physical, and spiritual—are welcome.
Training and Education
I received my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from New Jersey City University and my certification in integrative health coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I also completed 8 weeks of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training from the Krame Center of Mindful living and EMDR basic training through EMDRIA. In February 2026, I completed my level 1 Reiki Certification with Transcendental Yoga Collective.
