
About Me
As an EMDR therapist, I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges often tied to painful past experiences or family estrangement. Many of my clients feel stuck in old patterns, weighed down by an inner critic, or unsure how to fully move forward. EMDR provides a powerful way to process the root causes of distress so you can feel calmer, more confident, and present. I also draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to tailor therapy to your needs. Together, we’ll strengthen your connection to your inner self, strengthen self-trust, and build the life you want to be living.

Training and Education
I received my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from New Jersey City University and my certification in integrative health coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I also completed 8 weeks of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training from the Krame Center of Mindful living and EMDR basic training through EMDRIA.
