About Me
I'm Danielle, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in NJ. I work with adults experiencing self-esteem challenges, anxiety, and depression—often rooted in childhood trauma and family estrangement. In addition to trauma-related concerns, I support clients through a range of life experiences, including women’s issues, chronic illness, grief and major life transitions. I am passionate about helping others discover their own path to healing and create balanced, healthy lives. My goal is to offer a compassionate, grounded space where meaningful growth can take place.
I received my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from New Jersey City University and my certification in integrative health coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I also completed 8 weeks of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training from the Krame Center of Mindful living and EMDR basic training through EMDRIA.
As a trained EMDR therapist, I use this evidence-based approach to help clients identify and process the underlying issues affecting their daily lives. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Reality Therapy to provide integrative and personalized support.
It's okay to need support. Reach out to me if you are interested in working together to improve your mental health and achieve your goals.
